While MOSAICLAMPCENTER.COM makes every effort to give a fair representation of the products, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic, publishing and digital media processes will allow.

All products comply with appropriate health, safety and consumer regulations. If a product is recalled by the manufacturer for any reason, you will be contacted immediately.

Ordering

Each sale of goods will be subject to these conditions, which shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions subject to which any order is made or purported to be made by you. No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed via email by us.

Orders are accepted at our sole discretions but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based within the delivery area and your payment is authorised for the transaction. We reserve the right to reject any order.

Upon submitting the order and providing us with your payment details, you shall confirm and undertake that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment facility and authorise us to deduct the full price of the goods and postage and packaging.

The deduction of moneys from your account does not mean we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order, we will credit your account with the full amount deducted.

Availability

All items are sold subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are out of stock or will delay under any circumstances.

Inspection

You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us of a problem with 7 days of receipt.

Return Policy

Unique interiors & art makes every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may contact our Customer Service department at info@mosaiclampcenter.com  to inquire about your order or receiving a refund. All requests for a refund must be made within three (3) days of receiving your shipment.  Please type “Refund Request” in the subject line. In order to obtain a full refund, minus the original cost of shipping, you must first return your order to unique interiors & art offices . Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

Payment

 MOSAICLAMPCENTER.COM accepts all major debit/credit cards/bank transfer. We do not accept payment by cheque, cash or postal order. Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods through this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

Delivery

MOSAICLAMPCENTER.COM liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer and we shall not be liable for any consequential loss, save where such liability is imposed upon MOSAICLAMPCENTER.COM statute. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
